At A Place Like Home Childcare, I believe children deserve more than someone simply watching them while their parents are away. They deserve to feel safe, loved, seen, and supported while they learn, grow, and discover who they are.

That is why I intentionally keep my enrollment numbers low. A smaller group allows me to truly get to know each child, give them the attention they need, and create meaningful learning experiences based on where they are developmentally.

I believe learning should happen naturally through play, conversation, hands-on activities, daily routines, and intentional teaching. My goal is to help each child build the skills they need to become more independent, confident, and ready for school.

At A Place Like Home, I am not just caring for children. I am investing in them. I want every child in my care to have the opportunity to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and personally in a loving environment that feels like home.
